What we will try to do on the Day

(weather permitting)

Arriving at your house

On your Wedding Day we endeavour to get the cars to your pick up address in plenty of time.

When you know the Cars are outside even though you may not be leaving for another 15 –30 minutes, its one thing less to worry about.

If we allow enough time, if there is a hold up along the way then the drivers have not got to panic either.

Going to the Church or Venue

So we are on our way, if it’s a pair of Cars the Bridesmaids Car goes in front and they look good in Convoy.

As we pass places where you may know people ,  we can blow the horn some times, you may be surprised how many strangers and passers by will also pip their horns or wave you on your way, and wish you good luck as you pass by.

Arriving at the Church or Venue

We get to the Church, and your car slows down or pulls up, while The Bridesmaids car goes ahead to give the Photographer plenty of time to take photos of your Bridesmaids, and get the car unloaded and moved forward a little to make room for the Bridal car.

When there are two cars, we have Walkie Talkie Radios, so the Driver now at the Church can tell the Driver in the Bridal car what is happening and when to make his approach, and that all is clear if you don’t want to be seen .

Very often some guests arrive late. Some Brides are not bothered if a few guests see them before they go into the church,  while others want complete secrecy until they walk down the aisle.  Its your choice completely.

If you are having a Video made, Videographers need a little more time than  Photographers, and for them both to do a professional job they need time and not to be rushed, and if we all work to plan, they can capture the moment, perfectly.

If it’s a nice day and you are in a car with a fold down hood, Rosie Daisy or Jasmine, this is when your driver can put the roof down so that you arrive with photo opportunities from all directions.  (optional)         Check with photographer because of light preferences.

Your Car will now arrive at the Church or Venue slowly, and gracefully, don’t forget to wave like Royalty because its your Day, its your Moment  , and we want you to enjoy it.

Your Drivers will work to the Photographers directions, and help him to get the best photos.

The Photographer will be aware that the Vicar, Father, Reverand, is waiting and will hand over to him / her to direct your Bridesmaids into your chosen order, so you then enter the Church / Venue .

While you are in the Ceremony

While you are getting married we get the Cars turned around ready to go to the Reception and put the Bridal Car in front of the Bridesmaids Car as this time it goes in front.

We fit a board on the back that says Just Married,  (optional)

When you come out to the Cars from the Venue or Church, your Photographer will be trying to organise a Confetti Line or Circle according to the wind direction, and slightly away from the Cars.

( A lot of confetti is made in the Far East, and many of the coloured dyes used can stain car paintwork if its wet weather .  a good photographer will know this )

How we deal with the Champagne

If you have supplied us with a bottle of Champagne, and asked us to open it (optional)  we will usually get that ready on the Running Board of the Car,. Hopefully so that the photo of this has the Church in the background but sometimes its not possible.

We make up a display with Artificial Roses in your colours if we can.  Then we try to get all your Family and Friends around the car and get them to give you a nice Three Cheers, .  Most of your Guests will not have ever met before so it’s nice to get them to cheer together for you.

This is the tricky bit:  In Hot weather the Cork wants to take off early. In Cold weather it wants to stay in the Bottle, and all sorts of mayhem in between,  so to make sure, we have to give it a small shake, and then usually the Cork will take off. POP and there will be a small plume of froth for the Photo.

We ask your friends to try to see where the Cork went, and if we get it back we are happy to cut a slot into it and insert a Silver coin (a 10 p usually) ready for you to take away as a keepsake. (Optional)

If we know of a Favourite Bridesmaid or a young Flower Girl or Pageboy that is near the front of the crowd, we will ask them to give it to you, and that’s a favourite shot for your Photographer.

We ask them to say Good Luck,,  or I hope your Dreams Come True,,  or something nice like that.

The guests will go OOOOH if its one of the Children that does this, and we can usually start a spontaneous round of applause. To find out more please Click the LINK to " Champagne Service ".

Going to the Reception

After you have done some more serious posing, we take you to your reception, in Convoy is nice, but often the Bridesmaids wave you off, then have a chat before getting into their car so they often get left behind. If you would prefer to take some time out and go the long way round, ask the Driver.

At the Reception your Video Man and Photographer will usually want a few more minutes before moving on to the next stage of the proceedings and that’s were we finish our part of your Wedding.

Testimonials

If we have done a good job, we like you to sign the Guestbook with comments for others, as that  is our building blocks for next year.  It is really appreciated if you will take the time to leave feedback on the Guestbook , and tell others of your unique experience with us.

Things we do that pass un-noticed

It is our intention to do what it takes, to give you Value for Money, and we do work hard to reward your investment, and if there is any thing that you are unsure about please just ask.

We believe that all these little extras help to make it special. Most of these optional extras are things that have been requested in the past, and we thought   “ now that’s a nice Idea “, so we built it into our programme.

You will most likely have a Colour Scheme.    We tie Pom Poms onto the Door Handles and onto the front of the Bonnet; these either imitate or go with your colour scheme. Either way if you let us know the colour scheme we will decorate the cars accordingly.    More information is Located on the LINK called "Colour Schemes"

Many of our Couples have said that they had no idea that we did all this, because they have been to friends weddings and very often the Drivers’ just drive and don’t take part.  So yes we do take part, the Cars are a large part of your Wedding, so why not ?

If you want Value for Money and you want to take away happy Memories we hope you will choose us

You cant re visit your Wedding, so who ever you choose, please book your Wedding suppliers carefully

Please tell your Friends and Thank you for taking the time to read this Page.
