A vacancy exists for someone who is able to put in approximately three visits per week.  Hours to suit, but we suppose around 3 to 4 hrs at a time.

A self motivated person with experience is preferred, and someone with a really nice professional telephone manner.

We need someone to answer the phone, and discuss the potential customers Weddings with them, and write down addresses of people enquiring about our Cars and dispatch Brochures and DVD’s and quotes to them.

The person will have to be computer literate and be able to receive and send e-mails, we do receive a high volume of enquiries via the internet, but all e-mails must be gramatically correct, and spelt correctly. The person will need to be able to file mail, i.e. booking forms, and send replies, and confirmation letters, and keep good records.

A large part of the Job will be the marketing of three internet sites. This will involve making a few calls but mostly e-mail, but you will need to have selling ability, and know how to search for new customers.  

www.americanweddingcars.com Is a global site that we want to promote and take on advertisers with Classic Cars and various types of wedding Transport from anywhere in the world. You will need to have a basic knowledge of American Cars, Classic Cars, and others, and to search out car clubs and private owners and persuade them to advertise with us, globally. The site has a variety of languages installed.

www.regentweddingcars.com Is a site dedicated to the Regent which will be mostly in the UK and the same applies.

Can you speak Portuguese ?  www.rioolympics.co.uk and www.rio-olympics.co.uk  are domains that Adrian bought on a whim as an investment, and now that Rio has been chosen, they are both in place to Support and Market the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro . Apparently Portuguese is spoken in Brazil and our aim is to sell to the Southern Hemisphere , so it would be helpful to be able to converse in whatever they choose to use.

You will be expected to search for advertisers, such as Hotels, Resorts, Clubs, including Tour Companies etc in Brazil and South America and in the UK and Europe and elsewhere that might benefit from advertising on this website,. It is wide open to suggestions and Ideas, challenging but also fun for the right minded individual. Starting from the Ground up, and the sky is the limit.

From time to time it might be necessary to change items on the website, and you will be given the passwords to log in with.

Finally www.lpgcarconversions.co.uk  is our last site, which advertises my abilities, as the Owner, Sole trader, and writer of this advert, to convert Cars to run on Gas. This receives only a small amount of enquiries.

I am an approved installer of LPG and it’s what I should be doing, between Weddings during the week, but I spend too much time in the office doing much of the above, so what I should be doing never gets done. This is the reason I am creating this Job opportunity.
